Event Description

Join us for an exclusive wine pairing dinner in the galleries at the Museum of Arts & Sciences while we pair interesting wines from S.R. Perrot with a four-course meal of eclectic food prepared by Panheads Catering. Enjoy guest speakers presenting behind the scenes facts about the MOAS art collection, as well as a guest wine expert presenting on the history of winemaking. 

Wine Pairing and Dinner Menu

Burrata Mixed Salad
Fresh mozzarella burrata served with mixed greens tossed in extra virgin olive oil, seasonal tomatoes, finished with a balsamic reduction drizzle and warm house made focaccia bread. 
Paired with a La Fiera Pinot Grigio 2015, Italy

Pan Seared Scallops
Pan seared scallops served over a butternut squash and cauliflower puree.
Paired with a Louis Jadot Macon Villages Chardonnay 2015, Burgundy

Homemade Gnocchi
Fresh in house made gnocchi served with a 12 hour beef and pork ragu, garnished with fresh basil and asiago cheese, cooked exhibition style.
Paired with a Mill Creek Merlot 2015, Sonoma Valley

Chocolate Truffle Cake
Rich slice of chocolate truffle cake served with a mix berry sauce.
Paired with a Mairena Cabernet Sauvignon 2013, Argentina
