$250 (+tax)

Refundable Damage Deposit: $100

Returned after event pending no damages.
2-3 days if paid with a credit card.
7-10 days if paid with a check.

*We recommend a 30-day notice for all birthday event bookings.

* Children's Birthday Party Rentals are unavailable from June 5, 2023 through August 18, 2023.

Three-hour private room in the Children's Museum between the hours of 10:30 am-3:30 pm Monday-Saturday or 11:30 am-3:30 pm Sunday. (Capacity - 36 people)
Admission to MOAS for up to 36 people valid from the event start time until 5:00 pm with the option to see one planetarium show.

*If you are a rental party for over 36 people please ask about our standard rental spaces for private events.

Outside food and non-alcoholic drinks can be brought in from a licensed and insured food provider (ie. Publix, pizza delivery, etc.) and must be approved by Museum staff prior to the event.
No food and beverage is permitted in the Children's Museum exhibit areas and must remain in the private classroom.
Decorations: No helium balloons, rice, birdseed, confetti, or glitter inside the Museum. Bubbles are only permitted outside. Decorations may not be affixed to the walls, doors, windows, tables, or chairs without Museum approval. Spray paint, fog machines, and dry ice are not permitted.
