A Death in Live Oak by James Grippando
Join us for our next Florida history book club meeting at the Cici and Hyatt Brown Museum of Art. When the body of Jamal Cousin, president of the preeminent black fraternity at Florida's flagship university is discovered hogtied in the Stygian water swamps of the Suwanee River Valley, the death sets off a firestorm that threatens to rage out of control when a fellow student, Mark Towson, the president of a prominent white fraternity, is accused of the crime.
Light refreshments will be served. RSVP by calling the Museum at 386-255-0285.
Admission: Free for members, $5.00 for future members.
