Join us at the Museum of Arts & Sciences in the Lohman Planetarium for a virtual talk with Joanne Lamb Hayes, author of Grandma's Wartime Kitchen, where she will discuss cooking and food on the American Homefront during World War II. Dr. Hayes will be discussing how cooking was changed by rationing and how people adapted to these changes. A special lunch featuring World War II dishes will be included.
