	DESCRIPTION: Join us in the AdventHealth Courtyard at the Cici and Hyatt Brown Museum of Art to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We will be joined by Singing Pines with the Southeast Volusia Audubon Society to embrace the environment around you during this serene forest bathing and slow birding experience. Slow down, open your senses, and connect deeply with nature and the birds as our guides lead you through mindfulness exercises and a meditative approach to bird watching, observing each bird with intention. You will learn about local bird species, their habitats, and behaviors while honing your observation skills and deepening your connection with the avian world. Fold-out chairs will be provided for those who do not wish to sit on benches or stand. \n Advanced RSVP is required as space is limited.
