The annual Summer Learning Institute focuses on art, science, and history, with many integrated learning experiences for our students. All classes are taught by education professionals with many years of teaching experience. The Cici & Hyatt Brown Museum of Art, Science & History provides interactive and engaging experiences for each of our Summer Learning Institute students.

 

2026 SLI Registration Timeline

 Monday, March 9, 2026 at 9:00am - Registration for members of The Brown Opens

with your membership to The Brown.

Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 9:00am - General Registration Opens

This year's SLI will be located on the campus of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

MOAS Member Pricing 
Full Day Classes: $250.00 per week

Non-Member Pricing 
Full Day Classes: $285.00 per week

Extended Care Program (4:00pm-5:30pm)
$50.00 per week

Interested in Volunteering for this Year's SLI?

This is a temporary volunteer position that assists the Education Department and SLI teachers with supervising children between the ages of 5 and 13, clean-up and various class projects. This is the ONLY MOAS volunteer position available for those as young as 14 years old. The hours are flexible and vary depending on the classes. To apply, fill out a volunteer application and send to groupinfo@moas.org
