Plein Air Painting Demo with artist, Tom Sadler

Event Description

Since moving to Orlando in 1983, Tom Sadler has dedicated his artistic efforts toward capturing the light, color, and mood of the Central Florida landscape. The intense light, combined with the natural beauty of the many lakes, rivers, and parks in the area provide a never-ending source of inspiration. His paintings come to life as a celebration of this beauty found in nature, sometimes exuberant, at other times more subtle. Join artist, Tom Sadler, a Florida artist featured in the exhibit Around the Bend: Plein Air Paintings from the Collection of Kevin Miller and Hal Stringer, in Root Hall at the Museum of Arts & Sciences for a demonstration on his landscape painting technique.
