Event Description

The French had a long connection to Florida dating back to 1563 with their colony of Fort Caroline. Join Zach Zacharias at Gamble Place in Port Orange to discuss various aspects of French influence in Florida over the last 500 years including, Campbell Town, Napoleon’s nephew, French aid during the American Revolutionary War, pirates, John James Audubon, merci trains and more.

Admission: Free for members or $5.00 for non-members.
