Event Description

The MOAS Member Trip is SOLD OUT.

Take a trip with MOAS to downtown St. Petersburg, Florida, the city's heart. Downtown is filled with shops, restaurants, bars, and attractions, including The Dali Museum, the Chihuly Collection, and the Sunken Gardens. Spend the night at Hyatt Place in the center of downtown which is within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shops. In the evening, explore the downtown at your leisure. 

Day 1: Morean Arts Center featuring the Chihuly Collection and a glass blowing demo

                8:30 am Depart from the Cici and Hyatt Brown Museum of Art (Please make sure you park on the side of the Museum)

                12:00 pm Lunch

                1:30 pm Tour the Chihuly Collection & Morean Arts Center

                3:00 pm Glass Blowing Demo at the Morean Glass Studio and Hotshop

                4:30 pm Check into hotel

                Explore Downtown St. Petersburg at your leasiure. See below for suggested places to eat and  shop within a 1-4 block radius of the hotel.

Day 2: The Sunken Gardens and The Dali Museum

                9:45 am Depart from the hotel (Please make sure to be checked out of hotel rooms and in the lobby ready to leave. Luggage will stay on the bus during the day.) 

                10:00 am Tour the Sunken Gardens

                12:00 pm Lunch at Red Mesa Cantina

                1:30 pm Tour of The Dali Museum

                4:00 pm Depart from St. Petersburg

                8:00 pm Arrive at the Cici and Hyatt Brown Museum of Art

Admission:

$275.00 per person for a single room.

$200.00 per person for a double room.

Pricing includes transportation, breakfast, lodging, and museum admission to the Morean Arts Center, featuring the Chihuly Collection and a glass blowing demo, the Sunken Gardens, and The Dali Museum.
